En chemin, nous emprunterons principalement des petits sentiers de randonn\u00e9e r\u00e9gionaux. Certains sont balis\u00e9s en rouge et blanc, d'autres en vert et jaune, d'autres encore ne sont pas balis\u00e9s du tout. Pour s'orienter, nous vous recommandons donc d'utiliser un appareil GPS ou un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanderndeluxe.de\/viewranger-outdoor-app-fuers-gps-wandern\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Application GPS telle que ViewRanger<\/a> en combinaison avec nos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rundwanderweg-triest.de\/fr\/materiel-cartographique\/\">T\u00e9l\u00e9chargements d'itin\u00e9raires.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A Sgonico, nous tournons en face de la <em>Trattoria Gostilna Gustin <\/em>Nous prenons la route qui passe devant la poste, la mairie et la succursale de la banque et qui m\u00e8ne ensuite \u00e0 Rupinpiccolo\/Repen (SP8). C'est l\u00e0 que nous voulons aller, mais comme la randonn\u00e9e le long de la route principale est moins agr\u00e9able, nous tournons d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 droite apr\u00e8s quelques m\u00e8tres (point de rep\u00e8re 1) et quittons Sgonico par un chemin qui devient peu apr\u00e8s un chemin de terre. Dans un grand virage \u00e0 gauche, nous revenons sur la route principale en traversant un paysage idyllique. L\u00e0, nous tournons \u00e0 droite (point de rep\u00e8re 2) et, faute d'alternative, nous marchons le long de la route principale jusqu'au village voisin de Rupinpiccolo et de l\u00e0, nous continuons jusqu'\u00e0 peu avant Repen. La petite colline du sanctuaire de Monrupino est bient\u00f4t en vue, c'est pourquoi nous tournons peu apr\u00e8s \u00e0 gauche (point de rep\u00e8re 5) et grimpons sur le point de vue. La vue panoramique est difficile \u00e0 capturer en photo, mais elle vaut en tout cas le d\u00e9tour. D'ici, on reconna\u00eet bien l'\u00e9glise de p\u00e8lerinage de Monte Grisa, dont la forme pyramidale particuli\u00e8re saute aux yeux, et que nous avons long\u00e9e lors de l'\u00e9tape class=\"widget-title\">Descente jusqu'\u00e0 la Grotta Gigante<\/h3>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>Nous quittons la colline panoramique en direction du sud et entrons au point de cheminement 7 dans une for\u00eat de feuillus parsem\u00e9e de blocs de rochers karstiques. Le chemin passe devant un beau point de vue sur l'ar\u00eate rocheuse. Peu apr\u00e8s, nous rencontrons un \u00e9troit chemin goudronn\u00e9 (point de rep\u00e8re 8). Ici, nous tournons \u00e0 gauche et tout de suite apr\u00e8s \u00e0 droite (point de rep\u00e8re 9).<\/p>\n<p>Nous descendons lentement \u00e0 travers une magnifique for\u00eat de feuillus, tournons bri\u00e8vement \u00e0 gauche au point de rep\u00e8re 10, puis de nouveau \u00e0 droite (point de rep\u00e8re 11). Nous passons devant les vestiges d'un incendie de for\u00eat et rejoignons la Strada Provinciale SP29B au point de rep\u00e8re 12. Ici, nous devons prendre une d\u00e9cision : Soit nous marchons directement jusqu'au but du jour <em>Opicina<\/em> (puis tourner \u00e0 gauche avant la route goudronn\u00e9e), ou bien nous visitons la \"grotte g\u00e9ante de Trieste\". <em>Grotta Gigante<\/em> dans la ville du m\u00eame nom. Selon le livre Guinness des records, il s'agit m\u00eame de la plus grande grotte du monde. Si vous avez envie de d\u00e9couvrir le karst de Trieste depuis le bas, vous devriez toutefois vous renseigner au pr\u00e9alable sur les horaires de visite (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.grottagigante.it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.grottagigante.it<\/a>), car la visite n'est possible qu'avec une visite guid\u00e9e (en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u00e0 chaque heure pleine, entr\u00e9e 12\u20ac, \u00e9tat 2018). De belles impressions en 3D de l'int\u00e9rieur de la grotte se trouvent entre autres chez\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/fpQ1aFdBRbt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Google-Maps<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs restaurants se sont en outre install\u00e9s dans les environs de la Grotta Gigante : Directement \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la grotte se trouve le <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/He71fN8kMP3ZMbvw8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dom Bistr\u00f2<\/a> - Depuis, l'exploitant a chang\u00e9 et l'offre semble s'\u00eatre nettement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. Nous arrivons bient\u00f4t \u00e0 <em>Opicina<\/em> (en partie aussi <em>Villa Opicina<\/em> ), o\u00f9 r\u00e8gne une agr\u00e9able animation.
